Adventerously Expectant: Joyful Anticipation

There is such an anticipation and an expectation in our hearts of what God is doing in our lives. I believe we are living adventerously expectant. We moved to Alaska because we felt the Lord leading us in that direction. Some would call us crazy, and maybe even somedays I think we are, but there is such an expectancy lingering around us that something big is going to happen. I can't explain why we are here, just that we are here, waiting and hoping for a glorious encounter with the Living God and His call on our lives. Some days I must admit that I get discouraged and I have to remind myself to take heart and hope in the salvation of the Lord. Waiting is never easy, and being joyful in anticipation for me has not come so naturally. I have to encourage myself in the Lord by reading His Word and remembering the promises He has already given us. We know that divine connections are coming our way, and doors of opportunity are being opened for this family!!!
