As hard as 2012 was with moving, starting new jobs, missing family and friends, missing being a stay at home mom, Zac learning how to be a stay at home dad, and fighting many days of loneliness and wondering why God brought us to Alaska, I am grateful for the struggles the past year brought and see such hope and victory for 2013.
"This is going to be a year of greater HARVEST – harvesting on what we have seeded for over the years. There is going to be a greater outpouring of power and anointing than ever before. It is going to be a year of the GREAT transference of wealth. God is opening up the windows of Heaven to pour out blessings to fund ALL that He has asked us to do." -Joan Hunter.
Zac, Avery and I are believing God for greater things in 2013. For answered prayers, for prophecies fulfilled, for destinies revealed, and for hope restored. We continue to have an expectancy for what He is going to do in us and through us. We are a HUGE work in progress but faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen, and we have faith for the divine fulfillment of God's will here on earth as it is in heaven.
We received an encouraging and TIMELY word from my mom that just strengthened our hearts and our resolve to be sold out for the Lord Jesus Christ no matter what the costs. This word is not just a word for us but a word for all in the body of Christ and to those that the Lord is drawing into His Kingdom. Thank you mom for your discernment and your willingness to speak what the Holy Spirit has given you!
"Dear Bekah and Zac,
God is working for you. Take to Him all of your concerns, including your dreams. Let His light shine on your hopes and plans. Let Him turn your dreams to reality. Don't try to hurry His process. You don't know what you might miss. Work with Him and accept His time frame. Remember that He does not do things in a hurry, but He does keep His promises. God is constantly working for you. Work with each other, together with Him. Don't focus on the things going on around you that seem to be wrong. "Do not be afraid, or be fearful because I am with you! I am your GOD. I will strengthen and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10 Sure things have been hard lately but you two are toughest people I know. Don't let circumstances rule your emotions or actions. Love, Mom
"Then your light will break forth like the dawn,
and your healing will quickly appear;
then your righteousness[a] will go before you,
and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.
Then you will call, and the Lord will answer;
you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I." Isaiah 58:8-9
