We started our trip to the Outer Banks on Friday, staying the night in Raleigh with JJ and Teran and heading to the beach on saturday. Zac drove while me and mom battled it out in scrabble on her new ipad. I have to say having that kind of distraction made the trip go by SO much faster, Zac however thought the trip took forever.

Yes, Zac. It takes a LONG time to get from the mountains to the sea. That's why I don't go as much. Too bad we can't hop a train or plane. Maybe they'll let you play with the ipad on the way home. Provided you don't drive :)
