This and That

Even though they could have been clones at birth, we can already tell that our 2 children are going to be very different. Avery hated to go to sleep when he was a baby, he would cry for hours if we left him to it. Joanna may fuss a little if at all (as long as we catch her before she is too tired) and then she is lights out. Avery also HATED riding in the car, he would scream his little lungs out until he finally wore himself out and fell asleep. Joanna doesn't seem to mind the car near as much, and usually falls asleep on our rides.  Avery has been high energy and needed attention from the get go, and I am kinda hoping that sweet little Joanna is more the laid back type (which she seems to be). Of course she is ONLY 2 months old so we can't really tell their differences until her personality starts to show a little more.

Pool time

Ever since he was little, Avery has LOVED water. He loves to go to the pool, he just hates to wear any kind of flotation device. It is clearly time to get him some swimming lessons.  Luckily this pool was 2ft deep in the shallow end, so with his daddy by his side we let him take it off. They both had a blast at the pool on Memorial Day while sister slept pool side.
